SLP – Positive about Employment is a unique and highly effective Diverse Employment and Training agency based in Liverpool city centre, providing a wide range of recruitment and training packages for public, private and voluntary organisations across Merseyside.
Establised in 1972, SLP was founded to support and promote diversity in the workplace. It was originally setup andsupported by the Martin Luther King Foundation, USA and its founder members were from South Liverpool.
Today SLP provides a ‘full service’ employment agency and offers pre-recruitment packages to employers.
Our primary objective is to promote equal opportunity employers and with the forthcoming 2009 SLP Wall Planner, SLP’s service to providing recruitment and training across Mersey side can only again be positive in conjunction with the other wide range of projects that will occur throughout the year ahead.

Urban UK Directory
The annual Urban UK Directory is an innovative publication that is released to coincide with Black History Month in October to welcome people from diverse backgrounds into jobs, education and training who don't have the confidence to go out there and apply for these things themselves.
As well as presenting a wide range of organisations, the directory consists of a valuable range of editorials and profiles from positive role models to data, facts and guidance for people to pursue new goals in their lives.
